The hub for patient and public voice across the East of England
The Citizens’ Senate continues to extend the patient & carer voice through involvement with organisations and programmes. We are a source of informed patient and carer involvement and provide regional and national healthcare structures with insight, information and views about services from the perspective of the service user. We represent the patient and carer voice in various transformation programmes and are aligned with the work of the EAHSN.
Members are embedded in the service user groups for the following Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and are involved with public engagement events to review service changes.
Influencing transformation in Primary Care, members sit on Patient Participation Reference Groups for the following Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG).
